How much does a wedding restroom rental cost?
Deluxe flushing units usually run $275–$400 per event. Luxury restroom trailers start around $1,200. Final pricing depends on dates, location and service.
Do you deliver to the beach?
We deliver to beachside venues and properties with truck access. Units can't go on the sand itself, but we'll find the closest firm, legal spot.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Usually the day before your event, with pickup the next business day. Tighter windows are available.
Do I need a permit?
Private events on private property usually don't. Public events typically go through the city or county event process, and we'll give you the restroom details they ask for.
How far in advance should I book?
Book trailers 2–3 months ahead for spring and fall weekends. Standard and deluxe units can often be booked a few weeks out.
Do restroom trailers need power?
Yes, usually a standard outdoor outlet or a small generator. We'll confirm the exact requirement for the trailer you choose.
Do you service units during the event?
Yes. Multi-day events get daily pumping and restocking, and big single-day events can add an attendant or a mid-event service.
Will it smell?
Deluxe units are cleaned and deodorized before delivery, and the flush keeps the tank covered. Shade placement helps in Florida heat, and we'll suggest the right spot.
Does alcohol really change the count?
Yes. Guests use restrooms more often when drinks are flowing. Plan about 15–20% more units for an open bar.
How many ADA units do I need?
At least one for any public event. Larger events and many permits call for about 5% of units to be accessible.
