How many for a wedding?
A good starting point is 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4–5 hour reception, plus about 20% more with an open bar. A trailer with 2–4 stalls covers about 100–200 guests. Use our calculator, and we'll confirm the count with you.
Delivered before your planner arrives
Units arrive the day before or the morning of, are placed where you choose, and are picked up after. For weekend weddings that's usually Monday. Trailers need level ground and power, and we'll check both with your venue.

How far in advance should I book?
Book trailers 2–3 months ahead for spring and fall weekends. Standard and deluxe units can often be booked a few weeks out.
Do restroom trailers need power?
Yes, usually a standard outdoor outlet or a small generator. We'll confirm the exact requirement for the trailer you choose.
